  • -Inspect full interior and exterior of property

    -Check indoor and outdoor faucets for leaks

    -Ensure security systems are functioning

    -Bring in mail and packages

    -Ensure housekeeping, landscaping, pool, and other areas have been serviced

    -Check appliances, toilets, and sinks

    -Home arrival preparation. Restock groceries, change temperatures, and other custom needs

    -Home departure preparation. Clean out pantry and refrigerator, take trash out, custom needs

  • -Check security of all windows and doors

    -Inspect the perimeter and interior

    -Check and run all faucets, sinks, and toilets

    -Follow up with housekeeping or landscaping services

    -Visit on random days to deter burglars

    -Prepare property prior to guest arrival
